Terms and Conditions
1.Introduction
Welcome to Cleaner Central! These Terms and Conditions outline the rules and guidelines for using our booking platform and professional cleaning services. By accessing, installing, or using the app, you agree to be bound by these terms.
2.Acceptance of Terms and Conditions
By creating an account or using Cleaner Central, you confirm that you’ve read, understood, and agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
3.Purpose of the App
Cleaner Central is a service platform designed to connect busy professionals with high-quality cleaning services. We facilitate the scheduling, payment, and management of residential cleaning to help users maintain a time-efficient lifestyle.
4.Service Standards
Our professional cleaning service requires a minimum booking of 3 hours. While we strive for top-tier results, the scope of work is determined by the time allocated and the specific instructions provided by the user.
5.User Conduct and Safety
Users agree to provide a safe and respectful environment for all cleaners. Harassment, unsafe working conditions, or failure to disclose biohazards may result in immediate service termination without a refund.
6.Key Holding and Access
Cleaners can collect keys from a designated reception or concierge. Cleaner Central is not responsible for any issues arising from third-party key handling or unauthorized access resulting from instructions provided by the user.
7.Payments and Pricing
Services start at £21/hr. The preliminary total cost is an estimate based on expected duration. By booking, you authorize Cleaner Central to charge your designated payment method for the final duration of the service.
8.Cancellations and Refunds
Refunds are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled service may incur a cancellation fee to compensate the professional assigned to your booking.
9.Limitation of Liability
Cleaner Central is provided 'as is'. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Any claims for property damage must be reported within 24 hours of the service completion.
10.Applicable Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the UK courts.
