Cancellation Policy

At Cleaner Central, we understand that plans can change. However, because our professionals reserve time specifically for your booking, we have established this policy to ensure fairness for both our clients and our cleaning partners.

You may cancel or reschedule your booking at any time through the app. Depending on the timing of your request, the following conditions apply:

- **Cancellations with 24+ Hours Notice**: No fee will be charged. You can reschedule or cancel your booking for a full refund or credit to your account.

- **Cancellations within 24 Hours**: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled start time may incur a late cancellation fee. This fee helps compensate the cleaner for the lost working hours.

- **Lock-outs and No-Shows**: If our cleaner arrives at the property and is unable to gain access (e.g., incorrect key instructions or no one home to let them in), the full booking fee may be charged.

If you need to change your entry instructions, such as moving a key pickup from a concierge to a safe box, please update these details in the app at least 2 hours before your service begins to avoid disruption.

In the rare event that Cleaner Central needs to cancel your booking due to cleaner illness or unforeseen circumstances, we will notify you immediately and provide a full refund or prioritize your rescheduling.

All refund requests related to cancellations are processed within 3-5 business days depending on your bank's policies.

By booking a service with Cleaner Central, you acknowledge and agree to these cancellation terms.
